1. Reception is open from 8h30 Am to 9 Pm, 7 days a week.
2. Check in at 3 Pm / Check out at 10 Am.
   Late check out (after 1 Pm) only on request, charged 50€.

1. For your comfort, it's better to send us your request by completing the simulation board or booking request.
2. At well reception of this document, we send you the suite description and the quotation .
3. To book a room, a credit card number with person entitle name, expiration date and 3 last back numbers are inevitably requested for garantee.
4. The booking reservation is confirmed only by the payment of 40% of the total amount stay.You can do the deposit by credit card, bank transfer. We can send you documents to do it.
5. Then, we send you the booking confirmation by email, keep it as voucher for arrival.
    

1. At less 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival = 50% of deposit kept by hotel, the rest returned to the client.
2. At less 21 days (3 weeks) before arrival = 100% of deposit kept by hotel.
3. At less 7 days (1 week) before arrival  = 85% cost of stay is billed and charged to the client.
4. NO SHOW is considered as an un-notified cancellation and as such the total cost of stay is billed and charged to the client.
5. In case of late arrival ( Day +1) or early departure (Day -1) = the total cost of stay is billed and charged to the client. .
